Terms and Conditions – GoalGuessers

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GoalGuessers and any related services provided by Dikke Pad B.V.. By creating an account or using GoalGuessers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Nature of the service

GoalGuessers is an entertainment platform where users can predict match outcomes, compete in pools, and earn points based on virtual scoring rules. Points and rankings within the app have no real-world monetary value.

Eligibility and user obligations

You may use GoalGuessers only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the minimum age required by local law, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and comply with all applicable laws while using the service.

No real-money gambling and no payouts

GoalGuessers does not offer real-money gambling, does not facilitate betting with real currency, and does not provide cash prizes or payouts. All points, rankings, and rewards are virtual and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.

If users choose to arrange private side bets outside of the app, this is entirely their own responsibility and is not endorsed or facilitated by us.

Advertising

Our revenue model may include visual advertisements and commercial banners within GoalGuessers. Advertisements do not change the rules of the game, the scoring system, or your chances of earning points. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that may be advertised in the app.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security incident.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the system.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, use bots, or exploit bugs.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including attempts to run unlicensed gambling.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.

Intellectual property

All content and materials in GoalGuessers, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Dikke Pad B.V. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that all match data will always be accurate or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising out of your use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
